Emma Critchley-Lloyd is the Chief Marketing Officer of Zodia Markets.
Emma is an accomplished marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning agency and in-house roles. Prior to joining Zodia Markets, she was Founder and CEO of BIG little LDN, an award-winning PR and marketing agency, specialising in campaigns for financial services, tech and consumer brands.
Earlier in her career, Emma held senior positions at global marketing and advertising agencies, overseeing high-profile accounts while helping to build integrated campaigns recognised across the industry. She has been actively involved in professional networks that support women and promote best practice in marketing and has judged leading industry awards in advertising and communications.
In her current role as CMO of Zodia Markets, Emma has been instrumental in redefining the brand framework, repositioning the company in the institutional digital assets space and implementing marketing strategies that directly support commercial growth.
