Dina White
General Counsel
Dina White is General Counsel at Zodia Markets and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She leads the firm’s global Legal function, providing strategic guidance to the Board and senior management on regulatory strategy, governance and risk as the business scales across multiple jurisdictions.
Dina brings deep experience across digital assets, capital markets and complex transactions. Prior to joining Zodia Markets, she spent much of her career at Bank of New York Mellon and U.S. Bancorp, advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate trustee matters and structured financial products. She began her legal career at Clifford Chance in London, where she trained and practiced as a capital markets lawyer.
