Competitive Advantage: Charting the Path Ahead for UK Cryptoassets regulation

In partnership with Portofino Technologies a crypto-native proprietary trading firm, Zodia Custody, and Acuiti, Zodia Markets has published te report “Competitive Advantage: Charting the Path Ahead for UK Cryptoassets regulation”.

With the UK government actively working on developing a new regulatory framework for crypto assets, Acuiti, Portofino and Zodia Markets brought together a select group of senior industry participants and regulators to discuss some of the key proposals for UK regulation. The meeting was held in May 2023 and focused on the regulation of the institutional segment of the market. This report outlines some of the key issues raised and charts a course for the UK government to develop a comprehensive, transparent and competitive framework for the issuance and trading of crypto assets.
